14 or more days before check-in

100% refund of the advance payment.

7 to 13 days before check-in

50% refund of the advance payment.

Less than 7 days before check-in

No refund of the advance payment.

No-show or early check-out

No refund of the advance payment or any additional nights paid.

2. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5–7 working days via Razorpay. The exact time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Modifications

Modifications to your booking (change in dates, number of guests) are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, with our standard cancellation policy applied to the original booking.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters or government-mandated restrictions that prevent travel, we may offer a full refund or credit note at our sole discretion.
