1. Introduction
Welcome to The Eterna Eco Resorts. These Terms and Conditions govern your stay at our exclusive single-unit eco-resort located in Maharashtra, India. By making a reservation and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in their entirety.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM IST.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM IST.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Guest Identification
All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at the time of check-in. The Eterna Eco Resorts reserves the right to refuse entry without valid identification.
4. Property Policies
- The Eterna Eco Resorts is an exclusive family retreat; unmarried couples are strictly not allowed.
- Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment at all times.
- Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
5. Liability & Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the resort property, furniture, or amenities during their stay. The resort reserves the right to charge the guest’s payment method for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items.
The Eterna Eco Resorts is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. We recommend keeping valuables secure at all times.
6. Modifications to Stay
Any modifications to your reservation (change in dates, number of guests) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact our customer support team to discuss any changes to your booking.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Satara, Maharashtra.
